I found you through Quinn's blog. I'm laughing so hard reading this. I just called my husband and read it to him through tears. I just went through this with my sister until she finally figured it out and called me back. I then decided it would be better to drive the 2 hrs to her house to fix it. Having done time in the tech support industry, I have sympathy for you and the crazy making of your occupation! ROFL!! I found you through Quinn’s blog. I’m laughing so hard reading this.
